FAQ'S

All items ship from the US within 3 business days. Our wrap bracelets and designer products are the only items that are custom made per order.  This will be noted at the bottom of the listing. We stand by all our products 100% and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can address your concern. We will accept returns/exchanges as long as the product is in the original packing and condition and within the 14 day timeframe. Care for your Hope Wrap Bracelets- Use silver cleaner or a silver cloth to clean your bracelets...Substances such as hair spray, hair gels, and lotions could tarnish your bracelet. Do not wear bracelets while washing dishes or taking a shower, because this will eventually cause the memory wire to rust. You can of course rinse the bracelet after cleaning, just do not expose it a lot of water. To best protect your bracelet from tarnishing, place it in a dust bag, such as the one that accompanies the bracelet you have ordered.
Care for titanium, stainless steel and 18k gold over sterling silver items. You can use jewelry cleaner, buff cloth or dawn dish soap to clean these items. You may also use a soft brush with the dish soap or liquid cleaner. These will hold up very well over time and can get wet with no issues. Some of my items I wear everyday and never take them off. I sleep and shower with them and they still look brand new over a year later.
Care for solid 925 sterling silver. You can use silver cleaner and a buff cloth. Also dawn dish soap works very well. Polishing your jewelry before it becomes too tarnished will minimize the amount of work needed. Place your items in a dust bag when not in use. All of this will help keep your sterling silver jewelry looking brilliant for years to come.
